Premium Code Terms
By purchasing Prescription Maker Premium Code, you agree to these terms.
You will be charged the mentioned premium subscription fees for the premium code per month / year (as mentioned) until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription on the Premium screen in Prescription Maker web or app after applying the Premium Code on the same screen.
Premium benefits may be different on different platforms (android, iOS, macOS, web).
- A Premium Code can be applied in at most 5 devices.
We do not use device identifiers, but random identifiers to identify a new device. It means that if you apply Premium Code in an app and delete data of the app and then apply the Premium Code again, that will be counted as 2 devices. And if you apply Premium Code in the app and in Prescription Maker Web (in browser) in the same device, those 2 will be counted as 2 separate devices even though they are actually the same device.
When you remove a Premium Code from a device, or if you stop using app / web in which Premium Code is applied in a device, it takes 90 days for the Premium Code to be fully removed from the device and then only that device will stop being counted towards the limit of 5 devices. For example, if you have already applied the Premium Code in 5 devices, you will have to remove the Premium Code from one or more existing devices (or stop using app / web in those devices) and wait atleast 90 days before you can apply the Premium Code in any new devices.
Payment once done may be refunded on request at our discretion. We reserve the right to not refund your payment in any case. We usually accept a request for refund if the request is made within 72 hours of the payment.
If a premium code fails to renew due to payment issues, it will lose its premium benefits. You can resubscribe with a valid payment method to get premium benefits again.
When you cancel your subscription, your premium will be retained until the end of current billing cycle. At the end of current billing cycle, your subscription will expire and you will lose premium benefits. If you resubscribe before the expiry date, your subscription will be active again and you will be charged only after the old subscription expires.
When you pause your subscription, we will not charge you for the pause duration. You will lose premium benefits for the pause duration. We will start charging you again and you will receive premium benefits when your subscription is resumed. Your subscription will resume automatically after the pause duration you have set. Note that pausing a subscription may not be available in some countries and payment gateways.
The price for premium may be changed while you are subscribed. If the price is raised, you will be asked by us to accept the new price. If you accept the new price, we will start charging you the new price for subscription renewals. If you do not accept the new price, your subscription will be cancelled. If the price is reduced, we may start charging you the new price for subscription renewals without notifying you.
