The doctor must enter correct details in his/her profile (doctor's details). Prescription Maker is not liable for any damages if false information is entered by the doctor.
The doctor must enter correct patient details while filling up the details for the prescription. Prescription Maker is not liable for any damages if false information is entered by the doctor.
The doctor must enter correct prescription details and drug details while filling up the details for the prescription. Prescription Maker is not liable for any damages if false information is entered by the doctor.
The doctor must check the generated/printed prescription thoroughly before sending it to patients for all details. Although we try our best but we do not guarantee that all the details entered in the prescription details form will be present in the generated/printed prescription.
You are responsible for making sure that the prescription you write and send to others is correct (has correct details and drugs) and valid. For example, in some countries, prescription is only valid if it is signed by doctor. We do not guarantee that the prescriptions made by this app/website are correct (has correct details and drugs) and/or valid.
